Net Zero Global Group - About Image

ABout Us

Net Zero Global Group (NZGG) is a sustainable technology company developing a new hybrid form of energy production that turns waste into clean energy and creates marketable by-products.

Our system-in-design-and-development (System) combines Oxyfuel gasification with Oxyfuel combustion for renewable and sustainable baseload power generation and carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS). The System produces low carbon electricity, water, CO2 and several other commercially viable by-products, all from a diverse selection of fuel sources (Municipal Waste Streams and Products (MSW), agricultural wastes, industrial wastes, plastics, among others). The System has no atmospheric pollutant emissions, nor hazardous waste streams. Optional product configurations include clean hydrogen and graphene oxide, two products with emerging demand curves.

Net Zero Global Group - How It Works Image

How It Works

We use the Rotary Kiln Oxy-Fuel Gasification Process, referred to as RK-GEN, which combines Oxyfuel gasification with Oxyfuel combustion to simplify carbon dioxide (CO2) capture and generate clean energy.

RK-GEN uses pure oxygen (rather than just air) during gasification and combustion. In turn, we can create higher gasification efficiencies, increased heat transfer rates, and higher purity syngas production. In pressurized oxy-combustion, higher temperature latent heat is recoverable, heat transfer rates are increased, equipment size is reduced, and there is no air in-leakage, increasing efficiency and decreasing capital cost.

THE PROCESS

The NZGG System has no atmospheric pollutant emissions, nor hazardous waste streams. It creates clean energy that can connect to the power grid using a diverse selection of fuel sources: Municipal Waste Streams and Products (MSW), agricultural wastes, industrial wastes, plastics, fossil fuels, among others.

In addition to low carbon electricity, the NZGG system generates water, CO2, clean hydrogen and graphene oxide (the “miracle metal”), as well as other marketable by-products.

Essentially, we are both a Waste-To-Energy (WTE) business and a Waste-To-Reuse (WTR) manufacturing business that operates with zero emissions into the atmosphere or environment.

Why Net Zero Global

There are numerous benefits to the NZGG System: Besides its power-generating efficiency, green sustainability and byproduct manufacturing potential, the RK-GEN process is also a good financial investment.

The RK-GEN facilities qualify for 45Q tax credits and 100% of funding has been secured under a bond issued via GCA. In addition to the power generation sector, the NZGG System has applications to other large CO2 emission sources such as cement, fertilizer, and plastics industries.

Additionally, NZGG is gathering partners that will allow it to accelerate and further develop new Hydrogen technology and can be a resource for the Department of Energy.
